Walter was very accommodating. Having my AT and engine lights come on, in the middle of nowhere, while heading on vacation was not ideal. When brought vehicle into service center, luckily he was there and again helped alleviate the stress of needing new transmission. David got me setup with a loaner quickly and kept me informed of status of service. More

Cheers for doing the right thing! I contacted Walser regarding my oil change for life program and asked if other Walser dealerships honored my participation, or if I had to get the oil I contacted Walser regarding my oil change for life program and asked if other Walser dealerships honored my participation, or if I had to get the oil change at the same dealership location. I was told I could go to another dealership, so made an appointment at the Walser Mazda, as the location was more convenient for me that day. Upon arrival, I learned that I was misinformed, and would be charged for the oil change. Because I was short on time and overdue for the oil change, I said I would just pay for the service. Chad ended up ensuring that I received the service at no charge, due to the miscommunication. He didn’t need to do that, but I am so very grateful that he did! It has been a pleasure dealing with the Walser group, and I am so glad to know that doing the right thing is part of the culture at Walser. More
