Oil change Super easy to get an appointment, actually arrived early and they got me right in. However, when I presented the coupon for 10$ off oil change and tire rotation, I asked could I still use it, even if I did not want a tire rotation? Ooooops, the reply was, Why dont you want the tire rotation? I had just had 2 rear tires put on the day before. Wrong answer I guess as his reply was Ma'am, you have an all wheel drive! You NEVER replace just two tires! You HAVE to replace all 4 at the same time, to which I replied, Well it was a rear tire that was making an aweful sound so I replaced both rear tires. This was true, but mostly I could not afford 4 new tires at once, but I wasn't going to share that with him and the 3 other customers who were hearing my "scolding" I wish I would have the dang coupon home and he probably would not have said a word. My new front tires are being put on tomorrow. Sometimes it's how you say it. Hope he had a better day. More

No appointment needed with these guys, they were friendly, helpful, fast and said my car would be ready in an hour. I ran a few errands and came back to a freshly washed Mazda 3, oil changed, tires rotated and a handy coupon for $10.00 off made the experience that much nicer!!! More

Tire issue I had a light indicator come on while I was out of town, I stopped at another Mazda dealer and they said it was nothing to worry about. I got home and I had a light indicator come on while I was out of town, I stopped at another Mazda dealer and they said it was nothing to worry about. I got home and brought it to my dealer in Burnsville, they immediately checked the tire pressure and my back tire was way too low, they fixed it right there and then!! I am so disgusted with the other dealership, my tire could have blown with my kids in the car....this is why I trust my vehicle to Burnsville, they actually care! More
