The service area and waiting area are very clean and inviting which adds to the trust factor knowing they care enough to keep things looking nice. Not just another grungy garage. I unfortunately decided that the car was uncomfortable after driving due to some lower back issues, and although I was extremely indecisive, Alex was continually patient and provided several options, including recommending I try out a CX-5 to see if it was a fit for me. I ended up with the perfect vehicle for my needs and couldn’t have been more pleased with the sales team’s approach, knowledge and passion for Mazda and their customers. Another amazing Walser experience. This is my first Mazda and will not be my last. More
