I keep thinking that the service team is at the top of their game every time I come, but they always seem to impress me more the next time. David did an amazing job in every respect. He greeted me by name the moment I stepped out of my car, and he began talking about all they could do to get my car worked on in a timely fashion. When it looked like I needed new tires, David came out and explained to me the need (which he had explained was coming the last few times I had my car worked on), and he made a recommendation for tires that would save me money. Check-out was fast and easy -- he explained every aspect of the work done, and when I asked him about previous work I had done, he was prepared to answer (looks like he did the necessary research to make sure I was getting the best service). David is a real advocate for the customer. I trust him tremendously. Great job! I'm also impressed with the work done on the car -- even though I forgot to mention it at the time, they mechanics fixed a noisy engine that had me a bit concerned. But the work done at Walser Mazda is top-notch! More
