Originally brought car in for oil change and had them look at my passenger mirror that recently broke. Was told they would call me when the parts came in for the mirror and I could schedule service. Never received a call and reached out after 3-4 weeks. I was told the part was in and sitting on a shelf and I could schedule an appointment. When I brought car in for scheduled appointment and after waiting in the waiting room for over an hour was told the wrong part was ordered and it would take them a couple hours to go get from somewhere else. I would have left right away if this was the case. Overall poor communication More

Our CX-90 had a few recalls, and when Nick realized it would take longer than expected, he gave me a loaner so I could run a few errands and he would call me when it was ready! It was awesome!
