Never been disappointed. Called Monday morning for an oil change. They got me right in. Always have had great customer service. They offered me a loner car if I needed one. Very good service !!! Friendly, prompt , on time !! I made the phone call for the appointment, the phone was answered by " a real person", the appt. was made that was very soon from day I called, the st I made the phone call for the appointment, the phone was answered by " a real person", the appt. was made that was very soon from day I called, the staff when we pulled in were prompt with helping us, said how long it would take , and kept us informed. Car was washed and we were on our way in under an hour. I live in Iowa and drive back to Burnsville Mazda just because I get such great service !!! More

Didn't fix the problem I brought my Mazda 3 hatchback in for a linkage or break sensor issue. The tech determined it was a faulty break sensor, and replaced it.
