No pressure sales I had a great experience buying my Mazda CX-5 with Alex Grasdalen. He responded to my initial email inquiries promply (even on his vacation— that's de I had a great experience buying my Mazda CX-5 with Alex Grasdalen. He responded to my initial email inquiries promply (even on his vacation— that's dedication!) and set up time to meet with me. I was surprised that the manager Brycen introduced himself to me -- my past experiences with car dealers have all been high stress and confrontational with the salespeople and managers employing unfair, nefarious and unethical practices. But Mazda takes out the price haggling and "driven by commission" aggressive sales practices -- and they give fair trade-in value prices. What I really liked was the "in-and-out with a car" speed of the sale. Usually, it's a whole day affair where I've been trapped in the dealership. Alex helped me choose a car quick, talk through it and get me out the door -- personally, that's how I like to buy cars. If you know the car you want and the price range, Mazda (and Alex) made is easy and painless. Also, Mazda has great-looking vehicles. Highly recommend Alex and this dealership if you're in the market for a Mazda. More

We immediately checked out the Mazda 3 and the 6, quickly deciding on the roomier 6. Alex was very attentive and knowledgeable. Before too long he typed up the credit app and told us about the lease offers available. The Mazda 6 was a great value and the store had me on the road in record time.With a couple of Mazda hats as a bonus! It was a nice stress free experience. I’d recommend Walser Mazda to everyone.
