Jon was patient and very knowledgeable...he stayed until past closing on Saturday night to insure that I would be satisfied with my decision. I didn't get my original choice...far more . I know that Jon was the reason that I am another satisfied Walser customer. Jon kept in contact with me by phone on Monday and came in on his day off on Tuesday to deliver the car and give me a tutorial on all the bells and whistles!
