Bought a brand new top of the line tribute with extended warranty to 100000 miles. Noticed at about 95000 miles there was an oil leak, took it in and had it addressed (tightened something). At about 98000 warranty to 100000 miles. Noticed at about 95000 miles there was an oil leak, took it in and had it addressed (tightened something). At about 98000, still an oil leak, took it in and they replaced oil pan gasket. 101000 miles, car still leaking oil (couldn't tell since the oil spot in my driveway was rather large). Took it in and low and behold it's now the rear main seal and warranty will no longer cover, 1300.00 is what I was expected to pay. Called them out and was told to call warranty company which told me no go on coverage since I was over 100000. Dealership didn't do anything to help, except charge me warranty price of like 850.00. Nice, wow, thanks, maybe fix the car right the first time when it was under warranty? Not only will I never buy a extended warranty again, I will never purchase a Walser car again! I am still bitter and it's been 3 years, and to show I'm not unreasonable I would say everything was great up to the point I needed the REAL customer service. I actually know Mr. Walser and am too embarrassed to say anything to him. More
I had the extreme pleasure of working with Samantha Sittlow. It was so great to find someone who could transition me out of my Mazda Millenia into a new car that had the the same necessary features th Sittlow. It was so great to find someone who could transition me out of my Mazda Millenia into a new car that had the the same necessary features that I need. I loved that car but now am really enjoying my Mazda 6. Samantha had to explain so many things to me and repeat some of these for my understanding. Her knowledge of the mechanics, features, comfort and some additional add-ons to the car were exceptional. I was quite emotional giving up my car and it took a long time for me to decide beginning with early in the week and buying it on July 27. Samantha had an incredible sense of patience with me. A very important part of the process was the financing. Sam explained everything so carefully and I did not feel pressured in any way. This was a huge relief. I am a past Walser Mazda customer and have been extremely happy with the services provided. Working with Sam has been great and I know that this dealership AND Samantha is where I will continue to buy my cars!! More

I bought a Mazda CX5 and she patiently showed us all the features. She answered all my questions honestly and straightforwardly. She is a valuable asset to Walser. Because of her; I highly recommend Taylor Phillips and Walser Mazda to my family and friends and anyone interested in buying a Mazda. I am not an easy person to satisfy when it comes to car shopping...but I'm relied on by a HUGE family to assist when people need to purchase a vehicle. This time we needed a vehicle for my son who is in c shopping...but I'm relied on by a HUGE family to assist when people need to purchase a vehicle. This time we needed a vehicle for my son who is in college. The limitations on this deal were numerous and stingy but we still wanted to get our son into a vehicle that was "fun" and utilitarian. The dollar amount we were offered for our trade in was outstanding...I did not accept it and sold the vehicle on my own but the dollar amount offered by Walzer was very respectable. Every staff person we met was the opposite of the old "used car salesman" stereotype....professional, listened to us, respectful, no games, hard working, and knowledgeable. Sam, the young woman who ended up selling us our vehicle, was wonderful. Only because of her hard work and diligence did my kid end up with a fun Cooper Mini and my wife and I ended up with outstanding financing. I shop local and always will. But when it comes to vehicle purchases I will ALWAYS contact Sam at Walzer Mazda from now on!!! More

We were very impressed with friendliness and helpfulness and knowledge of the staff. We were given a very fair trade in allowance on our old miata and decided we needed to upgrade. We were very impressed with all the sales staff,including the general manager Bret Juedes, many of them came by to say hi. Walser Mazda is the most dishonest car dealer I have ever felt with in my lifetime. I have bought many cars in the past from many dealers and never had any bad experiences. Walser was the exception.. I would steer clear from Walser unless you think that a dealership should offer free oil changes for life to entice you buy the car through them... and then a few years later decide not to make good on that offer. Walser now has decided they will only do free oil changes if you do ALL service only through Walser Mazda and claim its always been this way which is not true. On top of all that they want you to do additional service every 15,000 miles to continue to receive the free oil changes because as the service manager said "they were losing money on the oil change for life program and have discontinued it"! I have wasted three weeks of back and forth phone calls dealing with management on trying to let them make good on what they promised and basically have been told show me in writing where it DOESNT say we can do whatever we want! Walser Mazda thinks its ok to lie to customers to sell a car. You can decide for yourself if you think this is a company that you want to spend your hard earned dollars with! If I could give the zero stars that is what I would give them..but if you want lies and headaches then Walser might be the place for you! More

He is very good at following up to see how the experience and can make it better. I never had that kind of service before.Recently I brought my 2006 mazda 3 in cause it has a slight of rust developing i called mike up and he found out when the mazda rep was coming in and schedule a time for me to bring in the vehicle, and took care of the vehicle. Thanks walser for having mike as service manager I will look foward buying more cars in the future. More
