The service was terrific but my lease is supposed to include all services and replacement of all wearable parts including windshield wipers. All documentation says “1set of replacement windshield wiper include all services and replacement of all wearable parts including windshield wipers. All documentation says “1set of replacement windshield wipers” or “Windshield Wiperd” are included. But when I needed to have my back wiper blade replaced I was told I had to pay as only front blades are covered. I had the front blades replaced and declined the rear blade because I wasn’t going to pay dealer rates for a wiper blade. I’m just resentful and feel frustrated that I was given a bit of a bait and switch over what the coverage says and what they honored. It also is a “pennywise pound foolish” thing over a 20 dollar part because until then I’ve had stellar service and thought the world of Walser Burnsville Mazda’s service and sales, but now this has blemished it a bit and if this is the behavior on a 20 dollar wiper blade, what else might I have missed?
