He asked if I had any other concerns and helped me with those. He kept me updated on what step my car was at (technician was just finishing up, they are putting it through the car wash). I asked and Josh explained how they rotate the tires. He also explained what else they did (check all fluids, safety checks) and how the car looks (good tread on tires, fluids look good, etc). Overall, I had a great experience and I recommend Walser Mazda. More
