The individual service technicians and advisors are great - friendly, thorough, and helpful. They answer questions, get me checked in, and do a great job. However the dealership itself seems perpetually - friendly, thorough, and helpful. They answer questions, get me checked in, and do a great job. However the dealership itself seems perpetually challenged. Appointments are unavailable for weeks, warranty work seems incredibly hard for them to process and get approved. I had an oil change and tires rotated on a 22 ram pickup. They took it upon themselves to replace the cabin filter without asking me. This is a company vehicle and has enterprise as a fleet service. I was very unhappy. they should have asked me first. I could have let them know if I wished to proceed. then They could get enterprise involved. Had an appointment for Thursday at 11am, did not look at our vehicle until Friday at 5 pm. Fixed within an hour, but then held our vehicle until Monday to confirm the repair was covered by factory warranty our vehicle until Friday at 5 pm.
