I had a coupon for a multipoint inspection that they did not do. There was not any results shared with me. This past weekend my battery went dead and I had to buy a new one. It took 43 days to replace the transmission, most of the time I had to text or call 2-4 times to get a response and some of the answers i got were contradictory of previous questions. The one time I got an unsolicited call was for them to tell me the warranty, I purchased from them, was only good for 5 days of a loaner, so that was something the salesperson glossed over. They did charge me a reduced rate for the rental, but it would have been nice to know that going in. Eventually, it did get fixed, but my truck is my business, so I lost quite a but of money because of the extended time. If you purchased a warranty through Walser on a vehicle you bought from them, you do not need to take it there, and I would suggest going someplace else. More
This review is less about the dealership, more about the extended warranty. My vehicle was getting a warranty repair done which took over a month - this was in part due to an ordering difficulty. It sounds like there were no options to having a car during this time outside of me renting one myself. My final rental fee was more than double the warrantied part of $800-900. As a Walser customer having purchased 3 vehicles from them, it’s sad that I am caught holding the bag on something out of my control, and purchased extra warranty for. More
We ha numerous issues with purchasing a car from this Walser dealership. They did not have the car ready when we had scheduled pickup. It was not detailed - interior or exterior, it did not have its plates on, nor did they have a front plate mount in stock so we had to wait 4 hours for them to get one from another dealership. They also gave us the car with an almost empty gas tank which I felt was not the customer service you would expect. We spent weeks communicating back and forth with a rep via text trying to get our car back in for them to fix issues that were not dealt with and the time and energy into that was exhausting because they never followed through and I was constantly having to reach back out. I finally spoke with someone in higher management who was able to finally expedite the issues and get us in. We ended up having a rental car for 5 days so they could get done what they should have done. Needless to say I am not impressed and won’t be returning to this dealership in the future. More
