Even after asking for 5 quarts of oil in a 22 wrangler as per the user manual, 6 was put in instead resulting in quite a bit of overfill. Unequivocally said the vehicle needed a new engine. 5K later, engine is as good as new. All it needed was an oil change. But w/o any service records they wouldn’t move forward w/any diagnosis. Poorest service I’ve experienced. Main concern was they wouldn’t do any work w/o maintenance records because then they wouldn’t have to honor any warranty as the vehicle was under 36K mi. Pay for new engine was only choice. Took it elsewhere and 5K strong w/ZERO ISSUES or bad oil. 100% lost customer. More
