They got me in earlier than expected, which was greatly appreciated because I'm due with twins soon. Then they were so kind and communicative. Scheduled service a month in advance and then they lost my reservation to fix a seatbelt! I had to work with the GM ( Jason) and his assistant ( Joy ) to get it resolved. Joy worked hard to correct the sit my reservation to fix a seatbelt! I had to work with the GM ( Jason) and his assistant ( Joy ) to get it resolved. Joy worked hard to correct the situation and we're good. The fact that this was necessary is a problem but other than completely losing my reservation the service was good. More

Handed my vehicle back without fully ensuring all updates had been made with no issues. Drove back home with a blinking odometer. Called and had to drive back to dealer during a work day to get issue address had been made with no issues. Drove back home with a blinking odometer. Terrible customer service. Made the mistake of buying a second vehicle from this dealership. I should have learned my lesson on the first. After first trying to blow me off on the phone concerning a minor 10 minute service issue, they said they could get me scheduled in about 20 days. In the past, their primary focus seemed to be on gouging their customers. Nothing has changed. More
