1 - Unhappy with substantial charge for 'diagnostics' on a known issue, where all I was asking is to check if the part had been ever replaced or if it was still the original (OEM) part. I know I agreed to the charge when the Liberty was dropped off on 1/4, but the steep charge for what was being requested was still surprising. 2 - No initial timeline for repairs was provided with repair estimate. It would have been nice to know when making the decision for the repair how long we would be without the Liberty. 3 - Question of 'what is the implications/risks/impacts of the 'outer shaft' issue?' was never answered. When deciding to perform optional repairs, it would be nice to know the risk of not performing the repairs. 4 - Service quality is lower than prior work, lack of car wash was surprising. It is a small item, but I used to feel like I was getting 'premium service' when bringing the Liberty to your dealership, but not this time. More
Worked quickly, shuttle service was great, price was high enough that I'll be going somewhere else next time for an oil change. I primarily interacted with John. He was very professional and very pleasant to work with. I don't know if he did any if the work on my car, or just interacts with the customer, but m He was very professional and very pleasant to work with. I don't know if he did any if the work on my car, or just interacts with the customer, but my interactions with him were great. He took the time to explain to me how the process would work. He gave me his card so I could reach him if I needed to check on the progress of the work on my car. But the problem I brought my Jeep in for (a warning light with the message that my 4-wheel drive was not working/ needed servicing) was not fixed (although I paid an amount for the fix that didn't fix the problem.) So I am left with the dilemma of what to do. I'm not crazy about having to spend more money on something that may or may not get fixed. And I'm very frustrated that a dealer wouldn't be able to fix it! I'm open to suggestions! More
Scheduled service a month in advance and then they lost my reservation to fix a seatbelt! I had to work with the GM ( Jason) and his assistant ( Joy ) to get it resolved. I was told it would be 1 and 1/2 hour - I think it was actually 3 hours - But the great thing was - I was so comfortable!! I read my book, had a couple snacks - took a nap - had some popcorn - read my book some more- it was so relaxing I didn't even notice how long it took! Then this kind young lady told me my car was done and actually walked me to my car ... and showed me how to reset my clock - yippee - what a great experience - totally love Walser??. Great Customer Service!!! So hard to find these days! Thank You All so Much kb More
