I was told it would be 1 and 1/2 hour - I think it was actually 3 hours - But the great thing was - I was so comfortable!! I read my book, had a couple snacks - took a nap - had some popcorn - read my book some more- it was so relaxing I didn't even notice how long it took! Then this kind young lady told me my car was done and actually walked me to my car ... and showed me how to reset my clock - yippee - what a great experience - totally love Walser??. I had an appointment at 11:30am and dropped my car off at 11am for an oil change. The service department could not perform an oil change in the 6 hours past my appointment time and I had to leave my car over 11am for an oil change. I needed my vehicle back the same day to pick up my kids at daycare. They offered a rental, however I would have to go and pick up the car seats and install in the rental. I should have just picked up my car and have service done some place else. I understand if a repair took longer than expected or parts didn't arrive, however they were either understaffed or booked too many appointments. More
