Pre-Owned 2021 Ram 1500 Big Horn With Navigation & 4WD VIN: 1C6SRFFT4MN576080 STOCK: 14CH484P Checklist: 1. E-Torque(Engine On/Off system not functional) Fix & Repairs needed. 2. Inner flaps wearing out due to NOT FITTED correctly, slightly overlarge tires. Not fitted properly. REPLACE inner flaps front wheel wells. 3. Front floor board Safety lights below doors, replace LED bulbs. 4. Small puncture dent rear passenger door. Fix & Repair 5. And anything else you may find.. as they will not identify for you. And the staff expected a positive Walser Way Experience? To buy a vehicle not ROAD READY and delayed take home for 5-10 days but expect a signed purchase agreement due immediately tk get a $500 price reduction? That is a lack of professional Honesty & Integrity issue in my game of core values of business.. IMHO, make sure vehicle/vehicles are nearly 100% ready for purchase before posting a deceptive selling advertisement..

Listing vehicles that are not Road Ready at day of showing, test drive, and for potential same day purchase and driveway is a poor choice of dealership & staff to neglect such simple choices for a quick, smooth, and enjoyable experience! When customer in some instances travels 90 minutes round trip or more for a scheduled appointment, you’d expect a more professional service which starts with the manager. In this case, on site manager Kevin not only lost a sale, but due to Kevin’s lack of communication in a professional manner, HE lost the company a sale. Customer was prepared to purchase at the requested 45.5K, until Kevin had a poor choice of words on responding tk all the deficiencies found on the pre, drive, and post test drive. This vehicle WAS NOT ready to be sold, wasting valuable time to a customer but he stated the 500$ increased price reduction ended on day of test/view day.. this vehicle had a weeks worth of updates and maintenance before ready for an honest sale. This was not the self proclaimed Walser Way Experience motto Kevin proclaimed. Kevin provided unprofessional, questionable Honesty & Integrity all on the badge of the Walser Dealership..
