I had the worst experience with this Honda people. when I buy the my car initially they told me that I have life time warranty to cover my car bumper to bumper, but later they give me bunch of reasons when I buy the my car initially they told me that I have life time warranty to cover my car bumper to bumper, but later they give me bunch of reasons not to cover my car with the warranty. After they charge me for inspections and they start working on the issue and after two day they say all fix. But when I start driving to home my car start making a big noise and I went back to aske them. They told me you didn't tell us about the noise and I said to them but I paid you for inspection so you should able to find out. The second time they told me they fix it after 3 days but the car still making noise and I am tired of come and go back to them. I just left them after paying over $2000 for nothing. How on earth a technician just give you back your car without at least asking you about the the issues that needs to be addressed after charging you for inspection? Basically Walser just rub your money by the so called life time warranty. I love Honda cars but because of this people not going back any more. More

The service rep struggled to find our account. We've bought 3-4 cars from Walser Honda (We're on our 5th Pilot and also purchased a new CRV last year). After finding our account he said the pilot also needed a brake system flush. The service technician did not preform the brake work (Thankfully) as it was done at our last service visit. Not sure how that gets missed by the service rep. It still took the hour and a half for just the oil change, even thought the rep said it would be an hour and a half for the brake work and oil change. More
