The work to be done ended up as warranty (lifetime warranty issue) which is great, but service first quoted to me the price of work and asked if I wanted to go ahead with the price and service. Then aha - service changed their mind/remembered about warranty. It took them over 2 hours wait time while they corresponded with the warranty company. Total wait time for me in their lobby was 4+ hours. The service had to be performed another day after warranty company sent in the part. More
