I appreciate the advice and care my CRV has received since time of purchase. Employees have all been knowledgeable! and pleasant to communicate with!! I am just now writing this review because although I brought my car ( 2024 Honda CR-V) in for service on Aug. 7, the service/repair was not completed until Aug 24 and I was not able to pick it up until brought my car ( 2024 Honda CR-V) in for service on Aug. 7, the service/repair was not completed until Aug 24 and I was not able to pick it up until Aug . 26. During all that time, your service rep, Ben Blohm kept in contact with me almost daily to let me know what was happening. He was very professional and helpful. Because I lived 50 miles away, he had given me a loaner car the first day. It made the 19 day wait bearable. I was skeptical that my car (less than 5000 miles) would look/smell like the new car it was after all the work that had to be done to find and remove the dead rodent. But it does and now it only smells like deordorizer, which is lessening every day. More
