First time using the service department. They provide much more information than I was expecting---the video of my car was helpful. My only complaint is the length of time it took for someone to approach me to ask if I needed help, even though I already had an appointment scheduled. And the WiFi in the very comfortable lounge was not working so I couldn't do the work I had planned on accomplishing while waiting. Kyle very clearly went over the appointment and their recommendations. More
