The service rep struggled to find our account. We've bought 3-4 cars from Walser Honda (We're on our 5th Pilot and also purchased a new CRV last year). After finding our account he said the pilot We've bought 3-4 cars from Walser Honda (We're on our 5th Pilot and also purchased a new CRV last year). After finding our account he said the pilot also needed a brake system flush. The service technician did not preform the brake work (Thankfully) as it was done at our last service visit. Not sure how that gets missed by the service rep. It still took the hour and a half for just the oil change, even thought the rep said it would be an hour and a half for the brake work and oil change. More
