Purchased a used car two months ago and came with a complementary 3 month 3k mile warranty. First point of contact was Skyler in the Service department who reached out to Dan who was a Sales manager, both were excellent and collaborated to expedite and schedule an appointment at a different Walser location that was a better fit for my vehicle. The Service Writer that assisted me was also named Dan, and he too communicated extremely well, was very personable, and got my vehicle back to me same day with warranty covering majority of the cost. Great Job Team Walser! More
