Frustrating experience this time around. Asked to have tire pressure checked and next thing I knew I was paying for a tire rotation. I had to make several phone calls plus multiple texts before I could talk to an actual human being in their service department about a problem that I thought should be covered by the warranty. However, once I actually had the appointment and knew that I was doing the right thing, everything else went very smoothly and my warranty issue was taken care of without question and without charge.
