Jusin gave me the red carpet treatment and made sure I was well taken care of. Only complaint I had was waiting to be acknowledge when I first walked in. Lack of communication and service were sub par at best. They had it over a week after I had an appointment to drop it off and they hadn't even looked at it yet! I had to drive there 45 minutes from my house to talk to them in person to get any answers and light a fire under them to get things going. No apology or word from Damion (sales) or Bill (assistant service manager) for their lack of communication! Worst vehicle buying experience I have ever had! Only plus was Neng and Jim who got me the answers I needed and got the fixes underway. More
