Service Advisors did a great job to explain and support the repair process. Took a very long time to receive the replacement parts (3 weeks) for a 2 month old vehicle. I could not drive the vehicle, so I the repair process. Took a very long time to receive the replacement parts (3 weeks) for a 2 month old vehicle. I could not drive the vehicle, so I received a loaner for the duration. After the repair was completed, I had to ask that is be washed, as it been sitting around for 3 weeks and was very dusty/dirty.
