I had a great experience with Ben, my coordinator. My car ended up needing to stay for a couple of days, and he got me a loaner vehicle, kept me updated on the process, and made sure I was taken care My car ended up needing to stay for a couple of days, and he got me a loaner vehicle, kept me updated on the process, and made sure I was taken care of as quickly as possible. The service staff left a mess in the back hatch of my car, which is why I only gave 4 stars. I'm not sure why they were back there, and it would be nice if they would return things to the way they found them. My windows were also left open. While not a big deal, it is sort of the same problem. Over all I am very happy with this service center and will continue to bring my car here for maintenance. More
