Exceptional! ! I had been at the Burnsville mail. On driving away suddenly the tire pressures popped up on the screen. Well I am just a few blocks from Honda whe ! I had been at the Burnsville mail. Well I am just a few blocks from Honda where we purchased our vehicle so I said to my husband I am going straight there.He has cancer so is unable to do much. Certainly not change a tire. This is about 3:00 in the afternoon. I went in & told themmy issue & they said drive the car in. I hardly waited a couple minutes & someone was there using the tire gauge!! They already knew which tire but chkd all. They said a big nail or bolt visited our tire!! Knew they couldn’t fix it so would new at least 2 new back tires. It’s an AWD Honda cr v. so the 2 front already had 23,000 miles on & they suggested getg all 4 new as AWD & safety. So we thought ok we would have to make an appt for a later day & they would put on the spare. Nope. They said they would take us right in. Of course we knew there would be a wait which they told us. BUT we sooo appreciated that they could do it & we didnt have to come back a later day. Everyone was so friendly, everything was explained super & they kept us up with info. So yes they are all very helpful, knowledgeable & kind. And YES that’s why we shop Honda & tell friends to go there as the customers are treated with great respect. So an A+++. Thx. More

The employees are very helpful and don’t recommend something you don’t need. They take the time to answer questions and helpful hints. I was charged for a tire rotation after the Service Advisor told me it was not needed and it was also stated on the video by the technician that it wouldn't be done. I noticed it on the receipt when I got home and called the Service Desk twice over a 3 hour time frame before the Service Advisor got back to me stating he would put a credit back on my card. Not sure why this wasn't caught initially. I may be overly paranoid but I see this type of thing happening far too often in different industries and ask for a receipt for every purchase I make for this very reason. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for service but will be reading every line of the invoice from now on. More
