Justin was kind, courteous, and prompt. I appreciate that he took the time to explain timing on my upcoming warranty expiration. While he was great, I was not very thrilled with the lady wh I appreciate that he took the time to explain timing on my upcoming warranty expiration. While he was great, I was not very thrilled with the lady who scheduled my service. She incorrectly told me that my entire car had to be completely emptied of personal items to perform this recall. And speaking with a friend who had already had this service through another dealer., I found out that this was absolutely not true. I called back speaking to a different scheduler, and was told that only certain areas of my car needed to be cleaned out. In my opinion, this original scheduler needs to have a coach back. Asking a customer to empty out their car completely of personal items, in order to perform a recall, is simply asking the customer to perform unnecessary work, simply because that scheduler didn't have sufficient knowledge of what actually needed to be discussed. More
