They were able to find the problem right away and resolved it within a day. They were courteous and friendly - the tech who phoned me explained the issue, outlined how they’d fix it and provided the resolved it within a day. Unfortunately my vehicle was broken into during a service call and the dealership didn't care. I called the police and the Walser Owner would not provide Insurance information for the dealership. My vehicle, call and the dealership didn't care. I called the police and the Walser Owner would not provide Insurance information for the dealership. My vehicle, which I purchased at Walser, was completely ransacked and items were stolen. The service person returned it to me with no explanation, he simply said I'm sorry. Customer service did not care and had no answers. The police later told me that multiple cars were broken into. The dealership could have cared less! I will NEVER buy a car or service my Honda at this dealership again. More
