Unfortunately my vehicle was broken into during a service call and the dealership didn't care. I called the police and the Walser Owner would not provide Insurance information for the dealership. My vehicle, which I purchased at Walser, was completely ransacked and items were stolen. The service person returned it to me with no explanation, he simply said I'm sorry. Customer service did not care and had no answers. The police later told me that multiple cars were broken into. The dealership could have cared less! I will NEVER buy a car or service my Honda at this dealership again. More
