Avoid this dealer at all costs! I scheduled an appointment for ADAS calibration and waited almost two weeks for it. I mentioned twice—in both text messages and emails—that the car specifically needed ADAS calibration. It was confirmed with Patrick. On December 27th, I dropped off the car, and after more than 2 hours, they texted me saying they could do the calibration but it probably wouldn't work because of the rain. It had been raining since before I arrived, so they knew they wouldn't be able to perform the calibration that day. They suggested rescheduling and still charged me $110 for a diagnostic. The problem is, I didn't need a diagnostic—I already knew the issue. My appointment was for calibration. They charged me $110 for a very simple scan that anyone with a $30 scanner could do. I had already run scans on my car; I just didn't have the proper setup to complete the calibration. I wasted 4 hours of my time and $110. This place is very unprofessional. Dominic Daoheuang doesn't listen to customers and completely ignored that I came for calibration, not a diagnostic. More

My experience at Walser Honda has always been great. Usually able to get me in, waiting room comfortable, and get me out without any problems. I'm always made aware of how long my wait will be.
