I have purchased several cars from this dealership since 1998, and the experience has always been utterly professional and satisfactory. That has NEVER happened with this dealership, despite its having changed hands some years ago. These people are solid. I have no comment yet on service, because I just purchased my 2025 Civic in late October. More

Service was good, and took maybe 2 hours to complete service when advised it would be 1 to 1.5 hours. I can live with that, but the on-line portion said it was going to take 5 hours for anticipated com service when advised it would be 1 to 1.5 hours. I can live with that, but the on-line portion said it was going to take 5 hours for anticipated completion. Called the number on the email, and it went to "Premier Garage Door". What? So I called the main service number and left a message. No reply, so I called Walser's main number and asked them not to transfer me, but to get an actual person to talk to. She said she would take a message and send it directly to them and have them call me back. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK!!!! I guess I should have left a message with Premier Garage Door, maybe they would have called me back. More
