Phone prompt system very poor. Difficult to get through. Our rep, Joseph told us the diagnosis would take an hour so we decided to wait. He checked and service hadn’t started so we left. Two hours later we called and he said he had texted us ( neither of us were texted). Communication was so poor. Very disappointed.
