The reason I came in for a service was a rotational sound while driving. When hitting the brakes it will go away and then come back after a short time. When the service advisor came back and they were polite while driving. When hitting the brakes it will go away and then come back after a short time. When the service advisor came back and they were polite however, I got the feeling that parts throwing at the issue would resolve the problem. No information about we found x part having a problem but insisted that the entire braking assembly to be replaced (even though most of it was recently replaced). I took my vehicle home and found there were shims damaged or missing and now the sound is gone. Needless to say, my dealership service center feelings continue to be correct and I will continue doing my own maintenance and repairs. More

I needed immediate help with a nail in my tire. Dom got me in on a Saturday and the tire was repaired! They noticed my battery was charging low and replaced that as well while I was already there Dom got me in on a Saturday and the tire was repaired!
