The service department scheduled me in for the service in a reasonable time frame. They told me I was due 2 other service items that were due to be done and were able to get both items done at that point in a reasonable time frame. The work to be done ended up as warranty (lifetime warranty issue) which is great, but service first quoted to me the price of work and asked if I wanted to go ahead with the price and service. Then aha - service changed their mind/remembered about warranty. It took them over 2 hours wait time while they corresponded with the warranty company. Total wait time for me in their lobby was 4+ hours. The service had to be performed another day after warranty company sent in the part. More
