The work was done very poorly and ultimately caused the car to need another shop to have its mechanic fix the issue. The staff was rude. They were attempting to charge me thousands of dollars for their inc car to need another shop to have its mechanic fix the issue. The staff was rude. Nice people, answered my questions and walked me through the process. Now if they could get into my head so I could learn all the new electronics on the car, it would be nice. Aggressive getting us into the dealership and picking a vehicle, everything else was sub par. No email from salesman.
