We were pleased with being able to leave a voice message when we called and someone actually called back! The person we talked to was courteous as was the one who met us at the Service area. It was a bonus when we called and someone actually called back! The person we talked to was courteous as was the one who met us at the Service area. It was a bonus that the car was washed. The only thing that wasn't in order was the passenger side mirror had gotten kinked out of place (not broken). We failed to do our part by checking before driving away so we righted it en route. More
