I brought my Santa Fe in for recall work and alignment. They didn’t fix my alignment and told me I had to spend $3000 plus to fix the rack and pinion. I called because they were part of the Walser family and had the Kona I was looking for! I was told by Jonathon Prado, the car was available. He promised to pull it, wash it and have it ready. I have an had the Kona I was looking for! I was told by Jonathon Prado, the car was available. He promised to pull it, wash it and have it ready. I have an hour drive. I arrived and it was washed and ready! He was great! He answered all my questions, got my trade in evaluated and had the numbers clearly on the screen. Nothing hidden! I have been a Walser customer for 8 years. The Walser Hyundai Coon Rapids dealership is worth the drive! The Walser core values are in motion at this dealership! The oil plug was not tightened and oil was leaking out. I missed a very important appointment because my car could not be driven. I have lost all faith in work done at the dealer.
