Nice people, answered my questions and walked me through the process. Now if they could get into my head so I could learn all the new electronics on the car, it would be nice. Aggressive getting us into the dealership and picking a vehicle, everything else was sub par. No email from salesman. A few weeks later we get an email about our Service Visit which we didn't have.. now 5 months later we get an email about why we aren't using our complementary service visits that we had never heard about/had no clue... My wife and I worked with Anthony Haas. The video was very informative and much appreciated by my wife and me. When we showed up at the dealership to see the vehicle and do a test drive, it was ready to go.
