Had some issues with diagnosing the fuel door not opening. Had to come in for several appointments. The whole time staff was very informative and apologetic. Waiting room is very comfortable with com opening. Had to come in for several appointments. The whole time staff was very informative and apologetic. The service manager, Jeremy is a lier and dishonest. I had scheduled 3 different appointments to fix a problem and it was never diagnosed and I was lied to about it each time. Did a proper oil change and cross-rotated my tires as requested. I was really happy the whole process was completed sooner than promised. Even vacuumed the front mats and wiped the dash for me.
