Brought my car in for a warranty repair and they couldn’t find the issue and cleaned off my radiator and charged me $300. Two weeks later the exact same thing was happening and I brought it in and t couldn’t find the issue and cleaned off my radiator and charged me $300. Two weeks later the exact same thing was happening and I brought it in and they found the issue and it was covered under warranty and I had to pay nothing. I asked do I get my $300 back for when you couldn’t find the issue earlier and they said it was two different issues and after arguing that it was not and never stopped after they worked on it they offered me a free oil change. Was not happy with them basically saying I was lying about it never going away. Yeah, two weeks later I bring it in doing the exact thing I told you the first time and somehow that’s a new issue. Shawn was out of office that day, Ed was so beyond helpful with all the software issues he encountered that evening. We returned the following evening to finalize the purchase. Ed was out of office so we closed the deal with Shawn. Thank you tremendously to both of these gentlemen! They are so friendly, polite, and will help in anyway they can.
