After finding a vehicle we wanted online, it was very easy to setup a test drive with staff at this dealership. Because we live quit a distance from the dealership we gave an approximate time we'd be the easy to setup a test drive with staff at this dealership. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted at the door by a very helpful person that directed us to the sales person Dylan. Throughout the whole transaction Dylan was great. He made us very comfortable, listen to our needs, and answered our questions. All in all the transaction went pretty smoothly, and we purchased the vehicle outright for the price I was looking for. I give Dylan 5 stars for his performance. Why I'm giving the dealership only 4 stars? Every dealership I have done business with is so slow with their process. What should take maybe a couple hours always turns into many hours. Although I must say this dealership was probably one of the quickest, the slow processing of the sale still took too long for me. Just an FYI for this survey, the worst dealership took 8 hours to process our purchase, basically held us hostage to finalize the sale. More
