I had the best car buying experience I've ever had at Walter Nissan Coon Rapids and I'm now a customer for life. I planned to visit a few dealerships but started with Walter Nissan first because I was in Walter Nissan Coon Rapids and I'm now a customer for life. I planned to visit a few dealerships but started with Walter Nissan first because I was interested in the Rogue. I met with Sean Burkett and highly recommend him. He listened to what I wanted to see and drive and I never felt pressured into anything. Buying a vehicle seemed daunting to me, but Sean put me at ease. I found a Rogue I loved and decided there was no need to visit other dealerships. I like how Walter Nissan does business and am impressed with the first-class service I received. More

Andy Domeier and Jason Loechler were both fantastic to work with. From the more than fair trade in assessment to the time I drove away in the car, the experience was less than one hour. At my last service it was recommended that at my next oil change for my 2015 Murano I also have the brake fluid and transmission fluid changed. When I called today to schedule these 3 fluid replacement servi change for my 2015 Murano I also have the brake fluid and transmission fluid changed. When I called today to schedule these 3 fluid replacement services I was informed by the service advisor that the earliest possible appointment was over a month from today. This is pretty unacceptable…, and inconvenient. For just an oil change, which is due, there is 1 appointment available in 9 days…. I would welcome the chance to discuss their business plan, or lack of one, with their service manager. Bob More
