I initially sat in the Rogue because that was the stage that I was at. A few days later I walked back into the Nissan dealership telling Jacob H that I was going to get the Rogue. Just show up and they take your car and change the oil. In/out, at least that's the theory. The last two times. I was left waiting for more than an hour. Both times it seemed to be taking a long time. People that came in after me were getting called that their work was complete and getting sent on their way. Getting restless I wandered around and saw my car sitting out side. I had to go find someone and ask if my car was done yet. Two visits in a row it was and nobody closed out the job and let me know. They offed me the last one on the house, since I had waited an hour and a half, and it wouldn't count against my six free changes. I told them it didn't matter as I wouldn't be back. Even for a free oil change. More
