I wasn’t going to take the time to leave a poor review, but since you keep requesting my feedback, I’ll partake. It was so disappointing to be sent away, to be told you weren’t going to try and fix or diag but since you keep requesting my feedback, I’ll partake. My parents and I had a decent experience until the lying started after we signed for our car. My parents purchased a vehicle from Cristo the sales manager and the rep that was helping us. After we signed, we asked for the second set of keys since the rep mentioned that there were a set and ended up not being the case. Cristo offered $100 which is nowhere close to the code of a new set of keys. He said he’d mail that out and a month later we have yet to receive it. With my parents living in Kansas, the title had to be sent out there and the state of Kansas has yet to receive it even though the 30 day temporary plates are about to expire and my parents are basically out of luck on driving their new car until Kansas receives it to do the inspection. I called Cristo and he was very rude when he was explaining to me what he had told my parents. He seemed annoyed that he would have to call my parents a second time as they were expecting a call back from him. He stated that he would give them a call and my parents never received a call from him. I’m sorely disappointed that this is the experience that this dealership has to offer. More
Traded in a truck and I got the biggest " hard sale " of an extended warranty ever. The truck I purchased only had 22,000 miles on it but they insisted that I purchase a warranty. I said no. Also, the " reconditioning " process has a lot to be desired. Apparently the truck I bought was extremely rusty underneath and it was just covered up with rubberized undercoater which is starting to flake off. One would hope that $40,000 would get you more. Shop around and decline the extended warranty if it has low miles and really really look the vehicle over. More
