Brought my car in for a warranty repair and they couldn’t find the issue and cleaned off my radiator and charged me $300. Two weeks later the exact same thing was happening and I brought it in and t couldn’t find the issue and cleaned off my radiator and charged me $300. Two weeks later the exact same thing was happening and I brought it in and they found the issue and it was covered under warranty and I had to pay nothing. I asked do I get my $300 back for when you couldn’t find the issue earlier and they said it was two different issues and after arguing that it was not and never stopped after they worked on it they offered me a free oil change. Was not happy with them basically saying I was lying about it never going away. Yeah, two weeks later I bring it in doing the exact thing I told you the first time and somehow that’s a new issue. I asked to have new all weather tires on the car which didn’t happen. I had to replace the tires in under a year. The bumper was glued on! We found this out when we went to replace the headlights. I had them put a new one on and it was ZIP TIED on!!!!! I would NEVER use them again. NEVER!!!! More
