Brought truck in because ignition key would not turn to start truck. They replaced a part and $400 for labor to take steering column apart but a couple days later same problem. Brought it back in and they start truck. They replaced a part and $400 for labor to take steering column apart but a couple days later same problem. Brought it back in and they replaced another part and had to pay another $300 labor to take steering column apart again to put in another part. So charging me double labor for fixing the same problem is not what I would call good business practices. I have bought 3 vehicles from your business and probably will be looking at a different dealership for next vehicle More
