Went in for an oil change, The dealership did not reset the oil change mileage in the car system and as a result, some miles later within a week of taking in, the oil change needed light came on. Had to re the oil change mileage in the car system and as a result, some miles later within a week of taking in, the oil change needed light came on. Had to review the owners manual process to reset the mileage myself. Should not have happened at a dealership. Disappointing! More

Charlie met with me, walked over issues. Tire calibration, headlight, sticker on glass residue at 6pm Thursday. 7pm called told me tires were adjusted with air, couldn't answer headlight til Tire calibration, headlight, sticker on glass residue at 6pm Thursday. 7pm called told me tires were adjusted with air, couldn't answer headlight till Friday said car was done. He said he would call Friday with headlight issue. Picked car up at 850pm Thursday. Sticker residue still there, tire light gone and headlight still not working correctly. More
