At my last service it was recommended that at my next oil change for my 2015 Murano I also have the brake fluid and transmission fluid changed. When I called today to schedule these 3 fluid replacement servi change for my 2015 Murano I also have the brake fluid and transmission fluid changed. When I called today to schedule these 3 fluid replacement services I was informed by the service advisor that the earliest possible appointment was over a month from today. This is pretty unacceptable…, and inconvenient. For just an oil change, which is due, there is 1 appointment available in 9 days…. I would welcome the chance to discuss their business plan, or lack of one, with their service manager. Bob More
This was my first time using Walser Nissan since purchasing my Altima in Dec. 2020. From the start the service people were right there to check my vehicle in. I dropped it off early and was told the service woukd be started until my actual appointment time. Shawn called me about an hour later, explaining that the recall on my tires revealed a faulty one. I was told I would need to wait for a replacement for a few hours and he was not comfortable letting me take the vehicle as is. I told him I woukd wait. I came back a couple if hours later expecting to wait and as my friend pulled in to drop me off at 4:30, Shawn called to tell me my car was done!! Excellent service, excellent Service Reps! More
The Walser Nissan dealership is far up and above in terms of customer service than any other dearlership I have dealt with in the area. They said come and get it nothing we can do. when I got the fob the windows were covered with snow ,I had to clean them off myself WOW. Hope this thing doesn't start on fire in my garage or die on me in the middle of nowhere. More
Went here on 8/22/20 and paid to get my rear passenger side tire fixed because it has a slow leak. I waited almost 2 hours and was even late to work. I go out for lunch on my break at work and it’s flat a side tire fixed because it has a slow leak. I waited almost 2 hours and was even late to work. I go out for lunch on my break at work and it’s flat again in the parking lot and doesn’t even have the valve cap on. I am very upset. On top of all that I call them and they tell me call back monday and there’s nothing they can do. More

Poor service I purchased a Used Mitsubishi Endeavor. That went well. With that purchase you receive six free oil changes. Just show up and they take your car and change the oil. In/out, at least that's the theory. The last two times. I was left waiting for more than an hour. Both times it seemed to be taking a long time. People that came in after me were getting called that their work was complete and getting sent on their way. Getting restless I wandered around and saw my car sitting out side. I had to go find someone and ask if my car was done yet. Two visits in a row it was and nobody closed out the job and let me know. They offed me the last one on the house, since I had waited an hour and a half, and it wouldn't count against my six free changes. I told them it didn't matter as I wouldn't be back. Even for a free oil change. More
No follow-up. No confidence in service department. Went to Service center told me part would be ordered would get call upon its delivery. Waiting 4+ weeks now. I called 2 weeks after 1st visit. Part never been ordered - they didn't recall what I needed. It's been another 10 days with nothing. No follow up. Extreme disappointment with Coon Rapids Nissan's lack of service. More
I have had nothing but problems. The dealership has left my car a mess on numerous occasions, they have damaged personal items and not done anything about it. The air filter was changed and the vents blown my car a mess on numerous occasions, they have damaged personal items and not done anything about it. The air filter was changed and the vents blown out but all the dust, dirt, and debris was left on the floor of the car. After the heater box was replaced, I not only found a pair of sun glasses wrecked, but there were greasy prints left all over the inside of my car including the steering wheel, the windshield, the drive selector and the windows, the car was returned to me with the heat not working and I had to bring it back so they could get my heat working again, I also noticed that the plastic casings over the drive selector letters are all scratched up like they were slid across a floor. Sure, they “made it right” on some of the issues, but it wasn’t all of them and it required me having to bring the car back in and wait for it, or drive another rental car. They should have just done it right the first time! I have had issues with the car since I bought it, it has been in the shop more times in 2 years than my old car was in the 12 years I owned it and now it has been decided that despite purchasing an extended warranty when I bought the car and still being within the standard warranty, they are now being instructed to no longer perform warranty work on the warranty issues I've been dealing with for two years. (Nissan Consumer Affairs was just as useless in helping me resolve these issues.) The drivers side window malfunctions every 2-3 months, the doors lock on their own, and there is a horrible smell coming from the A/C. I was just informed by Nissan that they can't figure out a reason or a solution so these will be considered "normal operations" of the vehicle. Also, when I purchased the car, they came down on their price to match what another dealership was going to give me through a vehicle buying program, on the day of signing papers, they informed me that they really "lost money" on my deal. So inappropriate to tell a customer. More
I have had my 2006 Pathfinder to this dealership several times and have had nothing but pleasant experances each time. The service writer, Bruce, has always been friendly and helpful. Jon has found me in the lounge when he's been reparing my car a d has spent 5 to 15 minutes with me answering questions and making suggestions on repairs. I have told them that I plan on driving my pathfinder long into my retirement,and with the excellent quality of their work and their willingness to share info with me so I can tackle some repairs myself [I'm a retired mechanic] this will be my one and only Nissan dealership as long as I am able to continue driving! More
